Description
A blackhead clipper-cut bolt cutter is specially designed to produce maximum cutting force in a minimum profile. The high-carbon alloy tool steel jaws are ideally suited to cutting rebar, medium tensile and soft bolts, rods, rivets, bars, and chains with a maximum hardness of HRC-40.
